Notice in the image on the left the browser title and the title that will be shown Google's search results contains the site name, the content category and the page name.  The URL in the address bar also contains the content category name and the page name in lowercase.  If your category or page name includes a space MvcCms automatically creates a URL Slug with a hyphen and changes the URL to lower case while showing it in the navigation with the case you entered it as.

One of the biggest advantages of using a Model View Controller (MVC) based content management system is that MVC based websites allow complete control over the html emitted by your website.  When using traditional .NET web forms style development much of the html created by your web application is auto-generated and out of your control.  This aspect of MVC makes it a great candidate for your ASP based CMS system.
