Look in the source code on codeplex for MvcCmsSocial at the edit profile cshtml page. If you look at my profile I just cropped a giant picture of Rebecca Black into my profile to test this last night.

Also some stuff has to happen on the back end to do this but it isn't too hard. If you start at the edit profile page and work through you will see how it all works.
