I have all the newest version of the code running this site now. I installed asp.net 4.0, checked my iis 6 wildcard mapping and was getting 404'd.

Very grrrrr.

When you install asp.net 4 on iis6 it doesn't enable it by default.

Everything is working again. The new test project looks great. I am hoping to be able to work on the project some before the end of the year.
